MATTHEW 6:14-15
14 If you forgive others the wrongs they have done to you, your Father in heaven will also forgive you.15 But if you do not forgive others, then your Father will not forgive the wrongs you have done.
There may be times when we would gladly receive the forgiveness of God, but not willingly forgive an offence committed by someone else. The words of Jesus in Matthew 6:14,15 tell us clearly that it is not possible to have God’s forgiveness if we don’t forgive others. To be pardoned by God, we must pardon those who have offended us.
