Our Eight Spiritual Growth Steps
Step 1: New Member’s Discovery Classes
New Member’s Discovery Classes: Put in place to aide those who have been lead by the Holy Spirit to be a part of the Commitment Family and help them gain clarity around Our Vision, so that they can firmly make a personal commitment to assist in the implementation of the same.

Step 2: Deeper Waters
Deeper Waters: Put in place to assure that each member of CCC has a clear understanding of necessary doctrinal truths, which enables us to begin the Discipleship process, therefore keeping us accountable to God and aligned with the Scriptures.
Step 3: Evangelism Training
Evangelism Training: Put in place to equip and encourage each member of Commitment to share their faith and testimony with those who do not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Step 4: Financial Stewardship
Financial Stewardship: We have recognized over the years that one’s financial circumstances can impede their spiritual development. As Matthew 6:21 reminds us, “…where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” So, with this verse in mind, we have created this “NextStep” to help God’s people overcome a very important issue of the heart which is defined by the condition of our finances. During this step, you will also learn how to establish a household budget.
Step 5: Spiritual Gifts Class
Spiritual Gifts Class: Put in place to help one better understand their giftedness and how/where they should apply their gifts within the Body of Christ, to help fulfill the Great Commission.
Step 6: 1-on-1 Discipleship Training
One-on-One Discipleship Training: This begins our man-to-man and women-to-women Discipleship Training. Put in place to assure that each member of CCC has the opportunity to grow in grace through the assistance of another brother/sister, therefore keeping us accountable to God and aligned with the Scriptures as it relates to “making disciples”.
Step 7: Discipleship Training Classes
Discipleship Training Classes: Put in place to further equip God’s people to be faithful disciples in all areas of life while investing their lives in others, giving them the opportunity to grow in grace through the assistance of another brother/sister. Therefore, keeping us all accountable to God and aligned with the Scriptures as it relates to “making disciples” of all nations.
Step 8: Church Leaders' Preparation
Church Leaders’ Preparation: Put in place to develop those through deeper learning, who are called to Spiritual Leadership/Ministry within our local Church or abroad through service to God and His people.
(As needed for further qualification as Elders, Deacons, Women’s Leadership, Ministry Team Leaders, Pastors and other influencers within the church)
